The Blueprint of Man
Last weekend I had the honor and privilege to speak at Momentum 2012 Warrior’s Way conference for men. Save The Nations Church in Ft. Lauderdale sponsored it under the leadership of Pastor Ken Albin.
I will continue to believe, until my dying day, that we DON’T have a crime, drug, violence, economic, perversion, teen pregnancy, abortion, suicide, prostitution, divorce and abuse problem; we have a MAN problem. When men are reached and taught to be in their place, ORDER will always follow.
Men (males) have been given divine authority to structure and lead. When the man is taken out of the equation, disorder is inevitable. I thank God for the women in our church and in the church as a whole. Without them, we would all be in BIG TROUBLE! But if truth were told, God is using a large percentage of these women in place of the absent man.
I have a passion and a burden for the order of men. In the conference, I spoke about The Blueprint of Man – restoring men back to their original intent. It was great – but I desire more!
This is so very very true. I can even see the difference in my students where the father is in the home vs those who are being raised solely by mom. However, even in some 2 parent homes, the men are there but they aren’t really there. Some women really do wish that men would take their God-given places. If they didn’t learn that from their fathers – how do they get it?
Andrea, if the children don;t learn from their fathers, then it’ll be up to the mother to plant her family in a church where there can be other men who would poor and exemplify the attributes of a father.
OOH ! how great it will be if the men’s in my life take there place , because I’m tired !!!!
Pastor, believing with you that men will start taking their place before it is too late.
I wish i was there sir, just reading this bit sparked something inside of me that made me realize some things about some of the people im ministering to. It also reminded me of all you have taught us about being that man of God that He has called us to be, taking our place and acting on what we know God has called me to do, being confident and being an example of what it is to truly believe and live for Him.
Well Pastor when I was growing up I had both of my parents and my dad was there . He taught us how to be there and play with our children . I learn to be a good Father and be there for my family.
