Learn to Say NO!
In my efforts to keep my ONE GOAL for this year, I’ll have to practice ONE skill. Well, actually it’s ONE word… “NO.“
I’ve learned that before we can do what God has called and purposed us to do; we need to learn to say NO. I know the word “No” seems negative, but in reality it’s a negative that creates positives.
We’ve all been hardwired to say “yes” to the wrong things… SIN. Saying “NO” to whatever pulls us away from God is a skill that only comes from God’s grace. Titus 2:11-12
It’s always one or the other. Saying, “YES” to something means saying “NO” to something else; and saying “NO” to something means saying, “YES” to something else.
Learn to say “NO!” No, from what??? You know what!… And by doing so, you’re saying, “YES!” Yes to God’s purpose in your life.
Great work for the day. Thanks for sharing. Sometimes It is hard to say no as a Christian. You are always trying to be a good witness and help people. Sometimes you get burned out by always saying yes.
