Looking for Your Purpose?

Connecting people to their God-given purpose is, in my opinion, the primary responsibility of every leader in ministry.  And when I say leader, I mean pastor, teacher, evangelist, apostle, prophet and any type of leadership role that exist in church today.

Within this responsibility is every form of discipleship.  And the goal of discipleship is bringing people to a place of fruitfulness.  It’s bringing people to a place where they’re making a difference around them.

What are you doing to get people there?  Oh wait! You may be the kind of person that desires to learn and be taught but have never taken anyone under your wing? Well, there will forever be your problem; you’re designed to touch, teach, train, encourage, empower and energize others as well as “fulfilling your purpose.”  I will add that 50% of your purpose is connecting other to theirs.

Find people and pour into their lives. Encourage them, pray for them, and teach them what you’ve learned.
