Impartation…the Goal.

Influence is implemented in many ways, but I believe its impact on people is three stages.  The first one is motivation; second one is inspiration and the third is impartation.  These are the 3 depths of influence. And the aim of leaders is to attempt to reach the third level, Impartation (I will share on these in the days to come).

We had a powerful IMPACT INITIATIVE service yesterday. I believe all three stages of influence were present.  But only the Lord knows who reached which one.

Although I’m a man of faith, I still carry certain fears. One of them is the fear that the effort placed on influencing people and communicating the vision fell short and only reached the level of motivation. Don’t get me wrong, motivation is great, but unfortunately, it only lasts 72 hours. It’s only the beginning for change.

The goal is impartation

So, as leaders and a followers – let your motivation become inspiration that leads to an impartation.  That was and is my prayer for Impact Church during this time of IMPACT INITIATIVE!

As people in general we will not change unless we allow and truly desire a change. It does not only rely on the person God uses to relay a message, but the ones to whom it’s being preached must want a difference for themselves. Impartation will come when you meditate on the message and let God change you, we have to want it to happen.

May we each individually reach impartation and change the city around us one person at a time. I pray for a lifestyle change personally and corporately.

The one i think that hit me the most is motivation, in talking to people about him more and to pray more and to have more prayer time.

Pastor, I do believe that it is time for Impact Church to reach the level of Impartation. We have been equipped with all the right tools, no more excuse, it is time to take action. God is waiting on us. God is waiting on me. My prayers are that I do not miss the opportunity, I must take the Intiative to fulfill the Vision.

Well Pastor we have to impart everything that the lord is giving us so we do have the equipment to tell people who we are and what we do. this year is the year that we go out to the highways and spread the good news.

Impartation is our goal. We most be affective and consistent with discipline people. I know we most develop stronger friendships and unity. When we get to that point of unity, the world will see the impact and will desire too.

We must do our part to motivate and influence the people and the impartation comes from God. We must pray that the people get an impartation from the Holy Spirit to take on this call.
