HONOR!

Beginning March 20^th, we begin a new series that, I feel, will alter the life of our ministry. I know that all sermons series are important; after all, they’re the spiritual food that brings us to a place of understanding and maturity. But this series is more than that; it holds to key to the entrance of our next dimension as a church.

We will be preaching and teaching on one subject – HONOR. I’ve been meditating and studying on this subject for a while now. But the more I studied, the more I’ve realized that it’s been the missing ingredient in our church today.

I usually have our creative team do our series branding which result in a title, sermon graphic and video trailer, but we’ve found that other churches have been preaching on the same subject! (Looks like the Holy Spirit is speaking to His church about the subject of HONOR!)

We realized this week that Elevation Church, with pastor Steven Furtick, just finished their series on HONOROLOGY. So, why recreate the wheel? We are using their title, sermon graphic and sermon trailer. And for some reason, our creative team didn’t seem to mind… 🙂

I want to honor Pastor Steve and Elevation church for their creativity. Thanks guys, you know how to do it big and do it right! We HONOR you!

Well Pastor we need to honor the Lord for what he is doing for us. we know when you don’t have honor on everything you do it will not take you to the next level.

I am looking forward to your sermon series on HONOR. It is so
important that we learn more about honor so we can work in GOD’S
kingdom witn more christian maturity and understanding. I think
that we all need to apply Honor and Respect to everyone we come in
contact with in our daily life.

TO give honor is to give respect. My mom always tells me that in order to get respect you have to give respect.

Is going to be great! I loved the series on honor from Elevation Church and I know that when we restore and reinforce honor in our church, we will be a more powerful and active church. With honor God can bless us and help us reach our full potential.
