Apostolic Pleasures

We returned yesterday from our trip to Peru.  Words cannot express the joy I feel with the work there.  It’s always a wonder to see how success and prosperity trails the response to a word from the Lord.  The ministry in Peru was birthed from a word spoken in the hearts of Laz & Janet Perez.  And through much processing and refining, the word has brought forth much fruit.

Nothing more satisfies and gives me pleasure in ministry than sharing with congregations and it’s leaders concerning kingdom culture, order and protocol. It’s a part of my gifting that comes alive.  I had the privilege to do this with Iglesia Casa De Luz in Lima.  I will be there at least three times a year, serving the founders, training leaders and placing their leadership in their proper places of responsibility.  I foresee a powerful ministry that will shake the city of Lima and country of Peru.

I will have to admit, the releasing and sending of its founders, Laz & Janet Perez, has been one of the most difficult things to do in ministry.  We gave up a very valuable asset in Miami.   And these assets are very difficult to locate! The way I see it, we transplanted a strong and productive family in Lima that’s reproducing themselves into an army that will take their city!  And seeing this come to pass makes the pain of ministry well worth it!

Reading this reminds me of the Apostle Paul and how he poured into the life of his spiritual son Timothy.. Love it!

Pastor, it must feel great to be a part of what God is doing in Lima and I am thankful that God allowed you to be there. More importantly be encouraged because of your obedience and faithfulness to GOD to come to Miami and birth a church you have taught and lead a family ready to conquer a land for the Kingdom of God.

I imaging is like seeing your children grow up and see them leave the house and on their way to college. I know that pastor Laz and Janet are building a powerful army of powerful believers. I can’t wait to go.
