BUY IN

I believe these are exciting days ahead. The direction we’re heading into brings me to a place of excitement and expectation. We’ve been in a stage of structuring and creating our vision and mission. I’m certain that both Miami-Dade and Broward counties will be impacted and influenced by a great church. Good times!

It’s all about people. And in defining our mission, we must incorporate the right people and constantly communicate the direction of our vision. Dale Carnegie teaches that people will always help support the world they create. I believe the Lord has given us the right people in leadership that have embraced “buy in”. The vision is as much theirs as it is mine. And that makes me, as the visionary, feel very good. These are good times indeed!

Anxious to read your thoughts,
Pastor Manny

Pastor, I am indeed in expectectation to what is Yet to Come. I am so thankful to God that after all these years serving in MHC I still feel this way. This goes to show that when you buy in, you buy in. People were totally incorrect when they would tell me years ago that it was just a phase our family was going through. Thank you Jesus because you have allow us to make it this far and will continue no matter what we have gone through.

This year has been a rebirth of MIAMI HARVEST CHURCH’S VISION and great things are
going to happen. We are all working on getting our house in order. I believe all of us
have realized that the only way we can obtain GOD’S vision is by loving all and giving
more and stop thinking about ourself.

Definitely in expectation! It is so true that we are in an exciting time, where almost anything can happen. We have just begun, and I am ready to see how things shape up! I’m on board 100% and ready to go. Let’s do this!

It’s good to be in a place where you are not the only one totally sold out for a common vision. As we in MHC go on through this summer, united with one vision, we can definitely expect to see great things happen as some things are already happening. Looking forward to the great things God has in store for MHC this summer.

When you’ve invested your time, energy, and talents into something it holds more value to you. As long as the vision is in our hearts and stays a part of us there is nothing that can stop us from reaching this region. Greater things are yet to be done in this city….

I like this one Pastor we have to keep going because at Miami Harvest church is the place that its for you so you can grow spiritual and share the word with anybody in your family. we need to tell others that the lord is here for you and he will never let you down.

I want to see it. I want to see the vision I’m tire of always hear the same thing, like we are going to make a difference and we are going to impact this region. I want to see that happen already. God does nothing without letting His servants know, I know we are hearing the same so I belief is getting to that point where we are going to reach our goals and dreams. We have to believe and sold out our lives for this vision. It’s time!

You have a God vision, How could I not want to be a part of that. I have nothing to lose. Good season ahead!!!

It iS not by coincidence that GOd called all of us to mhc for such a time as this. Now we have to be faithful Individually and corporately. Let’s be the joshua generation and change this city.

I’m excited for what’s to come, tough times only make good times sweeter so we should definitely embrace both. I believe this vision is far greater than what we think or can see.
    I’m in :).

I cant wait. It is time to once again right down the vision, make it plain, and run with it for all to read. Exciting times in MHC!!!

They sure will be impacted! This is good times, and great times are ahead of us. I know that each of us here have been impacted by God, our pastors, as well as the vision of MHC; it is our vision and we forge ahead in great expectation!

These are definitely exciting times, it just makes me feel nothing but honored that I get to experience what’s taken place since I started coming to the church to what’s coming in the years from now!

I think we all take part in what’s happening in MHC. It’s like your qoute said, we all take part in something that we help to create.

  18. Andrea on July 27, 2010 at 11:23 PM

It is my daily prayer for you, the elders and leaders of MHC to hear from God and that He gives direction, make the path plain and clear so that we will take the path that he has paved for us corporately.

  19. Keller on July 28, 2010 at 9:18 AM

“…people will always help support the world they create…”
If we understand the principle above then it becomes even more important to make sure God is involved in the process…

  20. GLENNA on July 29, 2010 at 4:31 PM

I am in daily earnest prayer for you Pastor and the elders and leaders of MHC…that you will have eyes to see and ears to hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying in this season!

I think it’s simple to buy into a vision when you have “bought into” God. It’s easy to follow the shepard If you know His voice.
