Why I’m Blogging…
For those that have recently subscribed to Pasatormanny.com and are wondering why I’m numbering my blogs entries, let me explain.
It’s a discipline that I’ve created and a goal I want to achieve this year. I’m attempting to post, a minimum, 352 blog entries this year. And I’m trying to reach that goal before December 31st.
Blogging helps me in many ways:
- 1. It gathers my thoughts and allows me to communicate specifically.
- It inspires me to focus on what the Lord is speaking to me.
- It’s assisting me in improving my writing skills (have a long way to go yet!)
- It’s helping write my next book.
- It’s another way to disciple and pour into people. It’s a great way of continually communicating passion and vision.
- It’s a great way of establishing community. It turns sermons into conversations.
- Lastly, it’s a great way of keeping people connected with not just my ministry but also with me.
I’m thankful for the hundreds of people who have subscribed to my blog. I pray that you are being inspired and fed by it. I’m expecting great things to come from it this year.
